Hometown Customer Service At Its Finest
Recently On A Weekend Trip to Visit Friends in Elizabeth, Illinois (About An Hour & 15 Minutes From Lancaster, Wisconsin) We Experienced Some Electrical / Computer Trouble With Our Dodge Grand Caravan. Since We Were Traveling With Our Two Small Children We Became a Little Alarmed Since Our Lights Were Shutting on & off. The Speedometer Stopped Working & Every Warning Light Came On. After Getting Parked I decided To Take A Look at the Fuse Panel & Since my Mechanical Ability Stops at Remembering which Side the Gas Tank is on, I Decided I was in way Over my Head.
At this Point it was almost Noon on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend and Since Every Service Center is Basically Closed, We weren't Sure what to do.
After Coming up with a Few Options We Decided to Call Les Mack's where we Bought the Dodge Grand Caravan and Talk to Richard Mack. After Telling Him our Situation & being a Father of Young Children Himself he did not Want us to Drive the Dodge Grand Caravan. Richard Mack Arranged all the Information we Needed to Have the Dodge Grand Caravan Towed and continued to go Above & Beyond our Expectations of what a Dealership Needs to do. Richard Mack sent a Driver to come pick us up & take us home and since we were Down a Vehicle he also said We Could Keep that one until our Dodge Grand Caravan was Repaired.
In a Day & Age where everyone is Cutting Back and Doing More with Less (No Pun Intended), Les Mack Dealership & Richard Mack only concern was for our Safety and the Well Being of Our Family Which was Very Appreciated.
With many Businesses Supporting "Buy Local" we Thought this Would Give Many Area Drivers a Great Reason Why.

Les Mack Chevrolet a Great Place to Buy!
I bought my first car in July, I got a Chevy Equinox. With my decision made I contacted Steve Mack. He had what I wanted, ready to go down the line, this car had what I wanted. When I said I wanted to add a few things to my order, he would gather the information for me let me decide if this is what I wanted and if the cost was reasonable.
He never pressured me on any decisions so I felt at ease with him and he always made sure I was happy with the decisions I made. When I did go in for the car pick up and to make the sales final the whole dealership was very accommodating and friendly. I would and do recommend Les Mack Chevrolet to friends and family, also to anyone who wants to drive or ride in my Chevy Equinox. I will buy another car from Steve when the time comes.
I went on vacation the first week in August, and went to Branson, MO. I was very pleased and impressed as I got 32.8 miles to the gallon and that was going through hills galore. So I know I have made the right choice for myself. I will be a Chevy person from this day on.
Like I have discovered Les Mack is a great experience in buying a car. The whole dealership was wonderful, kind and patient to me and the family I brought with me.
